An ex-military communications engineer with 18 years of service, Sam Talbot has more than 28 years’ experience in the African and emerging markets telecoms sectors. He has spent most of that time on the ground starting or re-invigorating telecoms companies in countries that span North and West Africa, Central, Southern and Eastern Africa and the Middle East.
Sam has held C-Level roles at CEO, COO and CTO in operations across the cellular, satellite and ISP industries as well as extensive periods consulting in license acquisition and lawful intercept.
