Sergey has more than 14 years of experience in the telecoms industry. His main experience is focused on mobile networks and includes project and program management, network Roll-out, presale consultancy and Managed Services across different platforms including VAS, Packet Core, IMS/VoLTE and OSS/BSS in 4G/3G/2G networks.

Sergey is PMP certified project manager and has extensive experience in PMO management and process improvement.

In his most recent assignments, Sergey has worked on VAS products delivery for Tier-1 operators.  These have included changes to Messaging infrastructure and implementation of an SMS security program across several countries for a leading European operator group. He has also been working with vendors and telecom operators in Europe, Russia and CIS countries, MEAP and South-East Asia.
