Mathias is a legal and commercial expert with 15+ years of experience with start-up and development of tech-sector companies. In his role as a commercial advisor in the telecom & media space, Mathias has extensive personal experience with assisting operators and OEM’s to secure exceptional savings and risk reductions in negotiating support and supply agreements. 

Mathias' key areas of focus include company and business strategy, operational cost reduction, M&A, procurement and commercial and regulatory negotiations. Mathias have executed more than 100 consulting assignments for operators across Europe, Russia, Africa, Asia, US and Latin America and delivered more than USD 1bn in savings to his clients over the course of his career.
